For nearly four decades, Motec has proudly showcased it’s innovations at the Drives & Controls Exhibition. This year marks our 39th anniversary of exhibiting at this event, a milestone that highlights our commitment to excellence and our enduring partnership with the Drives & Controls community.
Our journey began in 1985, and since then, we have continuously evolved and expanded our product offerings. A nostalgic glance back to the 1987 exhibition reveals just how far we’ve come. Included in this article is a picture of the floor plan from 1987, alongside a snippet from the official Drives & Controls Catalogue of the same year. On page 22 of this catalogue, you can see our advertisement featuring products like the 60WKS, SEIDEL 4KS, and a CNC system from ICN. These early innovations laid the foundation for the advanced solutions we provide today.
Back in 1987, we operated under a different name and logo, which can be seen in the catalogue snippet. These historical documents are a testament to our rich history and ongoing evolution in the industry. They serve as a reminder of our origins and the progress motec has made over the years.
