The successful story of our ServoOne and c-line single-axis series continues with KeDrive D5 and leads us into a new future. The latest product in the KeDrive product family impresses with its high dynamics and precision thanks to high-performance motor control for synchronous, asynchronous, linear and torque motors.
It is ideal for use wherever a flexible number of axes, different performance classes, a distributed or extremely compact installation situation is required.
In addition to applications in mechanical engineering, this also includes solutions in medical technology, intralogistics or device and apparatus construction.
Flexible drive concept for increased efficiency of your machine
Thanks to its Ethernet-based fieldbus interfaces and CANopen, the KeDrive D5 can be easily connected not only to KEBA controllers but also to 3rd party controllers. This makes it quick and easy to integrate into various automation concepts. Various options ensure great flexibility and future-proofing – such as an encoder simulation for synchronizing external components or a second multi-encoder interface for position detection at the load.
Compact, powerful solution – even for the living area
KeDrive D5 impresses in device and apparatus engineering with its low leakage currents and compactness and also complies with the EMC standard according to class C1 for living areas. The new series is on average only half the size of our long-established ServoOne single-axis system. The wide supply power range from 24 V DC to 480 V AC makes the KeDrive D5 suitable for a wide range of applications in the low and extra-low voltage range.
