To meet the demands of laboratory, pilot plant and production environments, we offer a range of Pump Control Stations that can be configured to customer needs.

Our PCS, typically, incorporates a touch-screen panel and the control electronics housed in a suitable enclosure. We utilise a Pump Drive Assembly (PDA) for the pump unit, motor and gearbox. Suitable cable or pre-confectioned cable sets are available, including low-capacitance cable for lengths of up to 100m between the drive/control electronics and the motor.

The PCS can operate stand-alone or be connected to a factory network or DCS, allowing customers to move the pump from the development area directly into production if required.

PCS options

• Switch over from local to remote control via PLC, DCS, etc.
• Data logging of pump run-time and motor speed & current, to removable SD card.
